In the brewing department, the huge boiler has a 12-litre capacity and uses a powerful heater to not only rapidly bring water up to temperature, but also to hold its temperature steady. The Wega Polaris Tron coffee machine features an automatic water top-up and levelling feature to keep the tank ready at all times.

Each group has four programmable doses independent of each other, plus controllable water volume for a perfect brewing customisation. Continuous brew options exist for each group as well.
