☕️ What You’ll Need

No fancy equipment here. Just:

  • Freshly roasted coffee (Espresso Blend or Narciso Blend are perfect)
  • A brewer: plunger/French press, stovetop, Aeropress or pour-over
  • Filtered water
  • Ice
  • Milk or syrup (optional)

🍹 How to Make the Best Iced Coffee at Home

Option 1: The Plunger Method (French Press)

  1. Brew It Strong – Use 1.5x your usual coffee-to-water ratio.
  2. Cool Slightly – Let the coffee sit for 5–10 mins after plunging.
  3. Pour Over Ice – Fill a glass with ice and pour the coffee directly over it.
  4. Add Milk/Syrup (Optional) – Stir in your choice of milk or vanilla, caramel or maple syrup.

Option 2: Stovetop Moka Iced

  1. Brew a strong pot using your Bialetti Moka Express
  2. Let it cool for 5 minutes
  3. Pour over a tall glass of ice and top with milk

Option 3: Aeropress Iced Coffee

  1. Use the inverted method with a slightly finer grind
  2. Brew a double-strength short shot
  3. Press over ice and dilute with cold water or milk

🔄 Batch Brew Tip for the Week

Make a large plunger or stovetop brew, store it in the fridge, and enjoy iced coffee all week. It keeps for 2–3 days in a sealed container.

🌞 Coffee Blends That Shine Over Ice

Some coffees go bitter when chilled. These won’t.

Order them pre-ground for plunger or stovetop and you’re good to go.

🧊 Bonus: Iced Coffee Hacks

  • Freeze leftover coffee into cubes to avoid watered-down drinks
  • Add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for festive flair
  • Try sweetened condensed milk for a Vietnamese twist
