Tasting Notes A complex cup with a winey acid. Blackcurrant, citrus and maple syrup flavours. A juicy body and long malt, toffee and dark chocolate finish.

Estate Background The La Pradera family Estate was original established by Jose Rosario Daza, the grandfather of the family, and has since been passed down from generation to generation. Coffee is cultivated across 50 hectares in the highlands, at altitudes between 1700 – 1900 MASL. It is grown under dense shade in fertile soils that are also home to a variety of other crops such as beans, bananas, cassava and timber trees. After selective picking, the coffee is washed and sorted with Pinhalense equipment and then sun dried. Coffee will be dried mechanically if weather conditions are unsuitable for patio drying.
